During our time together, we will work through the foundational pillars of Affirmation, Self compassion, Creating boundaries, Embodiment, Nurturing intuition and Diet detox. Each pillar builds on the other so we can do the transformational work necessary to release you from relentless body shame and the negative effects that come with.

It's not easy to let go of long held beliefs about our bodies, our voices and our worth. It's hard to push back against a culture that's totally immeshed in a superficial appearances. And it's REALLY hard to reject the diet industry's billion dollar messaging. My mission is to see YOU living YOUR life on your terms, courageously confident in your own skin.
As a coach, it is my privilege to help you along your path to setting and achieving the highest goals you have for yourself. Whether it's feeling sexy in your swimming suit again, or having the confidence to pursue the career of your dreams, you have all you need within yourself to make those dreams reality. It's my job to help you uncover the thoughts and beliefs that have kept you from achieving your deepest desires. I am here to challenge you, support you, hold you accountable and ask the hard questions that will lead to the transformation you've been craving.
Deconstructing the limiting beliefs and stories that hold us back takes a lot of compassion for self. That is the basic foundation from which the other pillars of the A.S.C.E.N.D. are built.
Through each pillar of A.S.C.E.N.D., you will be gathering all the tools you need to be a product of our work. We start with small mindset shifts, like practicing self compassion. From there,working on reframing negative thoughts into affirmations, developing the body's intuition, detoxing from diet culture and creating essential boundaries lead us to the final step of embodying and integrating ourselves, body and mind, completely.
